Early access

WhySlow is in early access and free to use. Features, limits and availability may change. Before we introduce paid plans we’ll give you notice, and nothing is charged without your agreement.

Your account

Keep your credentials secure; you’re responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

Acceptable use

• Only monitor sites you own or have permission to test (for example, a client’s site you work on).
• Don’t use WhySlow to load-test, attack or overwhelm any site, or to reach private networks.
• Don’t try to access other accounts’ data or disrupt the service.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your data

You own your data. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.

No warranty

WhySlow is provided “as is”. Performance measurements are lab results under fixed test conditions and may differ from what real visitors experience. Deploy matching and likely-cause analysis are best-effort and can be wrong.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, WhySlow isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (during free early access, that is zero).

Ending

You can stop using WhySlow and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end the service with reasonable notice.
